On confirmation of your place you will be required to pay £50 deposit. This will be fully redeemed against your fees during the first week of term. If you choose not to take up your place at a later date, the deposit is not refundable, but if you choose to delay your start, it will be redeemed at that time.

Bills are issued during the first week of term and are payable immediately. The bill will cover the complete term. (It may be paid in two parts if you so wish). No refunds will be made. It is nursery policy to keep the cost to all parents at a minimum. Staff costs and overheads are fixed and as your child's place is kept vacant for him during illness or holidays, we must ask you to pay for complete terms, even if you have booked holidays! This will enable us to keep costs down to all.

AT LEAST HALF A TERMS NOTICE IN WRITING MUST BE GIVEN WHEN LEAVING OTHERWISE FULL FEES WILL BE PAYABLE.

We are included in H.C.C. Early Years Development Plan and work in partnership with 'Young in Herts'. This means that we can claim a grant on behalf of three and four-year-olds and some eligible two year olds. N.B; you will be required to contribute towards this grant to meet our normal fees for additional hours or extra services if applicable.
